Nicole Ortiz, ND

Palm Desert, California | USA

Dr. Ortiz first brought her passion for naturopathic medicine to patients in the Palm Springs area when she co-founded Live Well Clinic, a naturopathic family practice, in 2008. As advancements in regenerative cell therapies have emerged and the demand for natural healing methods has grown, Dr. Nicole Marie transitioned to opening her dream clinic focusing on innovative regenerative therapies.

She has been practicing naturopathic medicine for 9 years, and has taken an innovative approach to the rejuvenation of skin, hair, joints and ligaments through regenerative therapies. She bases her practices in utilizing the body’s own healing elements: growth factors and stem cells, which recruit healing and youthfulness to her patients. She is one of the nation’s leading physicians in the application of regenerative cells in combination with nutrient therapy for healing.

Dr. Ortiz received her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She divides her professional focus between seeing patients, lecturing, advising companies on natural product formulations and training physicians in growth factor and stem cell therapies.

Honored with the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award by Palm Springs Life magazine, Dr. Nicole Marie has also been recognized as one of the ‘40 Under 40 Rising Young Professionals of the Coachella Valley’ and named the ‘Distinguished Woman of the Year’ for the 42nd Assembly District. She has been featured in Suzanne Sommer’s book, “Knockout,” and on American Health Journal PBS specials. She serves on advisory boards for natural supplement companies, and educates her peers on regenerative therapies. She enjoys lecturing both locally and nationally about utilizing growth factors and stem cells to create health.

Dr. Nicole Marie believes that the path to wellness is best discovered by creating a partnership in the healing process – removing the obstacles to health and supporting the body’s innate wisdom to heal. She understands that each patient is unique, and should be treated with an individualized approach that resonates with who they are instead of defined according to a disease or condition.

As a community service advocate from a young age, Dr. Nicole Marie served as Vice-President of the Women Leaders Forum, and is the Founder/Chair of their Young Women Leaders One-to-One Professional Mentoring Program. She Is also part of the founding board of Human Health Initiative – focused on bringing nutrition and mindfulness curriculum in schools across our nation.
