Matthew Bohm, DO

Dr. Matthew Bohm is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. His clinical interests include the diagnosis and management of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), microscopic colitis, GI

bleeding, Clostridium difficile colitis, colon cancer screening, celiac disease, and small intestinal bacteria overgrowth. His research interests include biomarkers of disease activity and severity in Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and fecal transplantation.

Dr. Bohm earned his medical degree in 2007 from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He complete an internal medicine residency at Temple University, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed a gastroenterology/inflammatory bowel disease fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. He served as Chief Fellow in the Gastroenterology Division in the Department of Medicine. 

 

Dr. Bohm provides specialty care for patients with inflammatory bowel diseases, including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, microscopic colitis, celiac disease, and small bowel disease. Treatments and procedures include:
